you know.. i shouldnt reallie blog bout work and my company cos blogs are public. plus there's so much comments i have about my company that i dun think i want my boss to know. but heck.. i must give it off me (not 100%)
anyway, i am reallie impressed that there are employees in my current company. i guess the company (aka companion) matters a lot more than having great jobs or working conditions etc.. yeap.. i am thankful to have colleagues with no age gap and very frienldy talk cock environment. =)
the only think i dun like is.. me, who has been the first to reach the office like 95% of the time, is feeling indignified. there seemed to have no rewards for being punctual but only rewards for staying late. and what's the pt of staying late man!!! seriously.. i dun mind working until 630 if my knock off time is at 530 if the company culture is to work late cos startup mah.. a lot of things to do.. but. if the knock off timing is at 630, i will leave on the dot. i am just feel lots of grievences.
nvm. nvm. God is great. He has it nicely planned for me. at least i dun have to work on saturdays. i dun hav to work shift or on sundays. so. He is good.
i may not have good welfare, but i great colleages. i may not hav clean toilets but i have good food around the building. i may not hav high pay but i have decent income. i may not have slack job but i have the chance to bump around and learn things. God is good.
and i sitll dun knwo why work until 7? if you need loong hours.. then dun be late la. ending at 7 means no dinner. no time for anything at night. i can work till 8 on certain days but leave at 6? i wish there's such flexi scheme. ernest, dun resort to report 1 hour late periodically like the rest of them. argh. i still dun get why should we work until 7. that's not called efficiency. that's a stupid PRC way of keeping pple employed. loong hours.. to tell pple you are working hard.
just like the PRC here.. 5 lifeguards in a small small poool.. why? full employment rate mah. now you know.
okie.. bosses, if you are reading this.
